These are joint petitions filed under Section 29(A) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate for another 6 months for making the arbitral award.

It is stated that the delay happened due to various factors including exigencies of the parties.

Mr. Chnadna, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and states that it is a joint petition.
