This petition is preferred on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal. 4.

Disputes in the present petition were referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by this Court on 07.02.2023 in ARB.P. 1284/2022. It is stated that mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 05.04.2025 and the arbitral O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 365/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. proceedings are at the stage of recording of Claimant's evidence. Period of nine months is sought for completion of the proceedings and passing of the Award.

Mr. Sunder Khatri, learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice and, on instructions, submits that the Respondent has no objection to the extension of mandate of the learned Arbitrator. 7.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties and considering that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of Claimant's evidence, mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of nine months from 06.04.2025. 8.

Petition is allowed and disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
