Revision Petition preferred on behalf of the petitioner against order dated 05.08.2023 passed by learned MM on interim maintenance was partly allowed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (SFTC) Dwarka Courts, Delhi vide order dated 09.02.2024 and the interim maintenance was directed to be paid @ Rs. 9,000/- per month (i.e. Rs. 4,500/- each in favour of respondent/wife and the minor child). The order for maintenance passed by the learned MM accordingly stood modified from Rs. 12,500/- per month to Rs. 9,000/- per month.

After partly making submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition.

Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioner on record, petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
