By virtue of the present application, the respondent seeks release of an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- alongwith interest, if any, deposited by the petitioner.

For the reasons stated therein as also in view of the judgment dated 09.02.2026, whereby the present revision petition of the petitioner has already been dismissed and thus the impugned judgment passed by the learned Trial Court has been upheld, the Registry is directed to release the deposited amount of Rs.2,50,000/- in favour of the respondent in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present application is disposed of in the aforesaid direction.
