The learned counsel appearing for the Revenue accepts notice. 3.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"1.

To directing the respondent to decide the rectification application filed on 02.04.2024, 06.03.2025 and 23.04.2025 for the AY 2018-19."

The petitioner is essentially aggrieved that its applications filed under Section 154 of the Act have not been considered and disposed of. 5.

In view of the above, we direct that the concerned authority shall consider the petitioner's applications as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from date, and communicate its decision to the petitioner.
