This case has been put up by the Registry on an office note stating that the signatures of the Judge on the judgment dated 3.2.2017 was wrongly removed by putting fluid in the process of preparing of final draft i.e. copies of judgment to be sent to the relevant authorities.

In view of the mistake committed by the Court staff, I am once again signing the judgment dated 3.2.2017 today, and which was also signed on 3.2.2017 but signatures by mistake were erased by putting whitening fluid.

The earlier signatures having whitening fluid are retained as also fresh signatures are now being put today on the judgment.

Office note is disposed of accordingly.
