CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIBHU BAKHRU

O R D E R

% 25.01.2016 None appears for the petitioner.

On 29.05.2015, this Court had observed that the petitioner seems to have lost interest since there had been no appearance on its behalf, over preceding three dates of hearing beginning with 07.07.2015. It was further noted that the petition was filed in 2004 and no effective hearing had taken place till that date. Thereafter, the matter came up on 09.12.2015 when once again none appeared for the parties. Today also, none is appearing for the petitioner. In the circumstances, the petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JANUARY 25, 2016/MK
