After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, whereby the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.128/2026 dated 09.04.2026 under Section 64(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at PS: Kalyanpuri. 2.

In view of the statement made above, present bail application, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.
