This is an application filed by the respondents, seeking further eight weeks' time to comply with the order dated 29.05.2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that after the filing of the present application, an Office Order dated 29.07.2024, bearing No.47/2024 has been issued, directing that a letter of appointment be issued to the petitioner against the vacant post of LDC in the Goods and Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT) with initial posting being in the Principal Bench, New Delhi. A copy of the said order has been handed over in the Court and is taken on record.

In the light of the aforesaid, the application is disposed of by granting the respondents four weeks' time to comply with the order dated 29.05.2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. as also their own order dated 29.07.2024.
