The present appeal has been filed against the Decision no. 5439/DELNP/2007/BiotechDivision/1558 dated 19th October, 2015, issued by the Assistant Controller of Patents & Designs. 2.

Perusal of the order sheets show that none has been appearing for the appellants. Further, court notices were issued to the respective counsels of th October, 2023 and 25th the appellants, which were served on 20 October, 2023.

Subsequently, court notices were issued to the registered patent agents of the appellants.

Perusal of the record shows that the registered patent agents of both the appellants, have been served on 11th March, 2024. Despite the same, there has been no appearance on behalf of the appellants. 5.

Today also, none appears for the appellants.
