% 03.07.2024 1.
On 09.02.2023, this Court recorded the fact that the decree holder has died. The learned counsel for the decree holder sought time to take instructions from the LRs of the decree holder and to move appropriate application for substitution of LRs of the decree holder within four weeks. 2.
More than one year has passed, and no LRs have been brought on record, nor have any steps been taken by the LRs. 3.
Even today there is nobody appearing on behalf of the decree holder. 4.
For the said reasons, it seems that the LRs of the decree holder are not interested in pursuing the present execution petition. 5.
Hence, the execution petition is dismissed for non prosecution. JASMEET SINGH, J JULY 3, 2024/NG 6.
Mr Sabharwal, learned counsel has mentioned the matter later. He is at liberty to revive the execution petition as and when the LRs of the decreeholder instruct him to do so.
