On the objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents that the appropriate remedy for the petitioner would have been to approach the learned Armed Forces Tribunal under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Armed Forces Tribunal in accordance with law.

The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
