Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to challenge the Order dated 02.06.2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate framing notice against the Petitioner before the concerned Sessions Court.

Permission and liberty, as sought for, is granted. 3.

Let the challenge be made within a period of 15 days from today. In case the challenge is made within 15 days from today, the same shall be considered on its own merits and the same shall not be dismissed only on the ground of limitation.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.
