This transfer petition emanates from an order dated 22 April 2024 passed by Mr. Rajesh Kumar Goel, District Judge (Commercial Court)-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts whereby the learned Judge has recused from hearing CS (Comm) No.315/2019 (M/s Black Diamond Pulses Pvt. Ltd. v. Maurya Impex) for personal reasons. 2.

The learned District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, is, therefore, requested to assign the aforesaid CS (Comm) No.315/2019 to another competent commercial court to continue the proceedings from the stage at which they are at present. 3.

The transfer petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
