Learned counsel for MCD, who appears on advance notice submits that having inspected and identified the concerned mobile tower which is the subject matter of the present petition, based on the photographs filed along with the present petition, the same was found to be installed at Khasra No.1871/368 Min and 1872/368 Min, 369 Min, Village-Asole, Fatehpur Beri, New Delhi-110074.
