The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to Respondent the Respondents for refund of Stamp Duty of Rs.34,00,000/- purchased vide E-Stamp Certificate bearing No.DL73875761116518T dated 16.04.2021 and for refund of Registration Fees of Rs.8,51,150/- purchased vide Certificate bearing No.DL1693591094721 dated 19.04.2021 for execution of a Sale Deed.

The Petitioner purchased the Stamp Duty Certificate and the Registration Fees Certificate on 16.04.2021 and 19.04.2021 respectively. However, in December, 2022, the transaction was called off and in July, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 2023, the Petitioner sent a letter to the Respondent No.1 requesting the refund of Stamp Duty and the Registration Fees to the Petitioner. It is stated that the Petitioner has also filed a representation before Respondent No.1 for refund of Stamp Duty and the Registration Fees which has not been decided till date.

In view of the fact that the representation of the Petitioner is pending before the Respondents, this Court is not inclined to exercise its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4.

The Respondents are directed to decide the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and keeping in mind the decisions of this Court within a period of four weeks from today. 5.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s), if any. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
