1. Learned ASC for the State submits that the Police has registered the FIR bearing No. 15/2024 for offences punishable under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi Railway Station dated 14.12.2024.

2. Insp. Sharad K.Bishnoi, SHO Police Station Subzi Mandi Railway Station, states that the investigation shall be conducted in accordance with the law expeditiously.
