The learned counsel for the Review Petitioner submits that his interest has been prejudicially affected by the judgment dated 25.03.2025, passed by this Court in the present Writ Petition. He submits that although there were certain respondents impleaded in a representative capacity, who had a case similar to that of the respondent herein, they never appeared in this petition and no counteraffidavit was filed by them. 6.
Keeping in view the above averments, permission is granted to the Review Petitioner to maintain the present Review Application. 7.
