The present case raises an issue with respect to implementation of the recovery certificate dated 04.11.2024 in the context of an award dated 07.08.2024 passed in favour of the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsels for the parties state that though the principal amount under the award stands fully paid to the petitioners, however the interest component still remains to be paid. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.2 upon instructions states that the interest component will be paid within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

The petition is disposed of in above terms.
