The defendants are not appearing in the present case. 3.

It is also further submitted that essentially the defendants have also not been involving in the activities as was sought to be restrained to the present Suit and therefore, the Suit be permitted to be withdrawn. 4.

In view of the submission made, the Suit is permitted to be withdrawn and is accordingly disposed of.
