Learned APP for the State submits that by way of present petition, the petitioner, who was the complainant, has assailed the order dated 26.06.2023 passed by the Trial Court whereby the accused/respondent No.2 was released on interim bail for two months. He, on instructions from the I.O., submits that respondent No.2 has since surrendered. 3.

Considering the limited scope of the petition and the fact that respondent No.2 has already surrendered, the present petition has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.
