The present petition is filed seeking leave to appeal against the judgment dated 02.04.2022, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (MM)-03, South, Saket Courts, New Delhi, pursuant to which the Respondent was acquitted for offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 ('NI Act').
