This application has been moved on behalf of the applicant/petitioner for withdrawal of the present writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have amicably resolved their dispute. Although, the copy of the Memorandum of Understanding [„MoU‟] has not been placed on the record, it is submitted that the respondent No.1 has undertaken to make a payment of Rs. 49,46,795/- to the petitioner through Demand Draft towards full and final satisfaction of her claim. 4.
