This is a fresh petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, on behalf of the petitioner for framing of necessary guidelines for all police stations in New Delhi to ensure that the female advocates are not arbitrarily disallowed to enter the police stations and represent clients post sunset.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh before the appropriate Forum, as per law.
