The present petition was filed with the following three prayers: "a) Pass an order calling for the record of the Criminal Revision petition titled "Rosleen Kaur V. The State & Ors."decided vide order dated 02.01.2016 by the Court of Shri V.K. Bansal, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi thereby allowing said criminal revision petition No.83/2014;

b) Pass an order thereby setting aside and reversing the order dated 02.01.2016 passed by the Court of Shri V.K. Bansal, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi thereby allowing criminal revision petition No.83/2014 titled "Rosleen Kaur V. The State & Ors.", in the interest of justice.

c) Pass an order quashing the FIR No.23 of 2016 dated 11.01.2016 under Section 376/493/495/496/417/406/323/506/ 120B/34 registered by PS Kirti Nagar, New Delhi." CRL.M.C. 383/2016

Since FIR had already been registered by the time the petitioner approached this Court by the present petition, this Court vide order dated 29th January, 2016 noted that learned counsel for the petitioner does not press reliefs (a) and (b) keeping in view that the order stands executed by registration of FIR. Thus, notice was issued limited to the prayer (c) in the petition seeking quashing of FIR No.23/2016.

After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
