This is a regular bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. moved on behalf of the Applicant/ Accused in case FIR No. 290/2023 registered at PS Jahangir Puri under Sections 323/367/377/34 IPC, Section 6 of the POCSO Act & Section 67(B) of the IT Act.

At the outset, Ms. Richa Dhawan has placed before the Court the order of the Trial Court dated 12.01.2024, wherein there are observations with respect to threats extended to the victim as well as injuries suffered by the victim in the Court complex. The order is taken on record. 3.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
