Learned APP for the State submitted that the challan has already been filed before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall move an application for the regular bail before the Trial Court and he may be allowed to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with a direction from this Court to protect the petitioner from being arrested at least for seven days within which time the petitioner shall move the application for regular bail before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
Meanwhile, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner for a week subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate and join the investigation as and when called by the
IO/SHO in writing. Petitioner shall also not prejudice the investigation, tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.
