Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, after advancing arguments for some time and upon finding that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to avail of the appropriate statutory remedy by filing an Appeal before the competent Appellate Authority.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file an Appeal.
