By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:

"A. Pass an order directing the Respondents to make a disclosure as regards currently pending lookout circular/s with the names of the investigative agency/ agencies upon whose requests, lookout circular/s have been opened and are currently pending in the name of the Petitioner. AND B. In the event the LOC issued in in connection with FIR No. 5/2021 and FIR No. 6/2021 is still subsisting then pass necessary orders and directions to Respondents to take down/remove/ withdraw the said lookout circular issued against the Petitioner" The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file it in appropriate Court of jurisdiction. 5.
