1.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the learned Tribunal has not properly appreciated the relief sought by the petitioner in the present petition and has only passed the order only by considering the prayer for regularization, which aspect was not even raised before the learned Tribunal, he may be granted liberty for pressing the said aspect before the learned Tribunal by way of a review petition. He, thus, seeks to withdraw the present petition.
2.
In view thereof, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for and the petitioner is granted a period of two weeks for filing the review petition before the learned Tribunal. 3.
It is made clear that the review petition, if any, filed by the petitioner within the time granted, will be considered on its own merits by the learned Tribunal and not rejected on the ground of delay by the learned Tribunal.
