As recorded in the order dated 10.05.2024, the demolition order issued by the MCD qua the residential premises of the petitioner was set aside by the ATMCD vide order dated 05.04.2024. As such, there is no impediment on account of any impending action on the part of the MCD, in restoring the electricity connection of the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/ BSES submits that 15 enforcement cases were initiated with respect to the premises in question on account of theft of electricity. However, he has instructions to the effect that the said cases stand settled.

In these circumstances, the electricity connection of the petitioner in the residential premises, vide CA No. 351349477, is directed to be restored. 4.
