This is an application under Section 152 CPC, 1908 filed on behalf of the applicant/petitioner seeking correction of a typographical error in the order dated 10.05.2024.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that the representation originally was sent by e-mail by the applicant/petitioner to the non-applicants/respondents on 01.10.2023. It was only the reiteration of the same e-mail which was sent by the applicant/petitioner on 07.02.2024. He submits that it appears that this Court had inadvertently noted the date of 07.02.2024 in place of 01.10.2023.

Notice accepted by Mr. Mohinder JS Rupal, learned counsel for the respondent-University and by Mr. Apoorv Kurup, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

Mr. Rupal has no objection in case the present application is allowed, being innocuous.

This Court has also noted that the original representation sent by email was on 01.10.2023 and it was only reiterated and re-sent on 07.02.2024.

In that view of the matter, necessary corrections may be carried out in respect of the date, i.e., 07.02.2024, which may be replaced with 01.10.2023 in paragraphs 6 and 8 of order dated 10.05.2024. After rectification, the said paragraphs would read as under:- "6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 01.10.2023 was submitted by the petitioner to the Vice-Chancellor which may be directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

8. In view of the above, keeping the aforesaid and the right of the respondent reserved, the Competent Authority/ViceChancellor may dispose of the representation dated 01.10.2023 sent by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today." 8.

The corrected copy be issued by way of a corrigendum and be uploaded on the official website.
