The present petition has been filed under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 ("Contempt Act"), against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 08th January, 2025, passed in W.P.(C) No. 308/2020, titled as Sharma Sales Corporation and Ors. Versus Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.

(DSIIDC), wherein, the Court had passed certain directions, which were required to be complied with, within 12 weeks of the passing of the said order.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the entire formality, such as, submission of Indemnity Bond, deposit of difference money stands complied with by the petitioner in the year 2025. the respondent has not given the possession of the Plot No. 464, measuring 150 Sq. Mtr., in Sector-H at Bawana-II (Bhorgarh), to the petitioner so far. 3.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

This Court notes that vide order dated 08th January, 2025, this Court had directed the petitioners herein to submit all the requisite documents with the respondent. Thereafter, the respondent was to examine the said documents and pass an appropriate order, in terms thereof. Further, the petitioners have also been granted liberty to produce any additional facts or documents before the concerned Authority, in support of their contentions. 5.

Accordingly, the DSIIDC is held bound by its statement that it shall do the needful, within a period of 10 weeks from today. 6.

The respondent is directed to consider the documents submitted by the petitioners, and pass a reasoned order, with regard thereto, within a period of 10 weeks.

Needless to state, in case, the petitioners are still aggrieved by any non-action on behalf of the respondent, the petitioners have liberty to revive the present petition.

With the aforesaid directions, the present petition, along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
