The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been moved on behalf of petitioner seeking grant of parole for a period of four weeks for filing Special Leave Petition before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.

parole for the purpose of filing Special Leave Petition is pending before the competent authority. It is stated that the same was filed on 01.04.2024, however, it has not been decided till date. Therefore, the competent authority is directed to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same within a week under intimation to the petitioner. 5.

The registry will send the order to the concerned Superintendent jail, today itself.
