The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an order dated 21.05.2019 passed by the District Magistrate under Rule 22 of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009. The said order is an appealable order under Rule 22 (3)(4) of the aforesaid Rules. 2.

In this view, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The same is disposed of leaving it open for the petitioner to avail of appellate remedies.
