% 06.09.2017 Learned counsel for the appellant does not press the present appeal. He submits that liberty may be granted to withdraw his application filed before the learned trial court under Section 340 Cr.P.C. and to file fresh application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. in RFA No.796/2015. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty as prayed. Consequently, the applications being Crl.M.A. 6629-6630/2017 stand disposed of.
