This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking quashing of the FIR No.347/2020 registered at Police Station:

Gokul Puri, Delhi under Sections 498A/406/323/506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, on the basis of the settlement. 2.

It has been alleged in the petition that the petitioner no.1 and the respondent no.2 are living together. None, however, has been appearing for the petitioners either today or on 10.05.2024 when the petition was first listed.
