The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) Quash the FIR No.282/2024, dated 12.04.2024, u/s 354(D)/506/34 IPC, PS: Seemapuri and consequent proceedings arising out of the same in the interest of Justice.

Pass any other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the given facts and circumstances of the case." 2.
