By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C .read with under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.232/2021 registered under Sections 354A IPC at P.S. IGI Airport. 2.
Learned ASC for the State submits that the chargesheet is likely to be filed within one week.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh after receiving a copy of the chargesheet.
