The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition. He, however, requests that directions be issued to DPCC to process the petitioners' application for Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate in accordance with law.

He states that the necessary inspection has already been conducted by DPCC. 2.
