Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions restraining the respondents from taking coercive action against the Petitioner in pursuance of the Summons dated 03.04.2024 and 19.04.2024.
