Learned counsels for the parties state that the auction under the Sale Proclamation notice dated 06.05.2019 which is challenged in the present petition, did take place however, thereafter, the auction purchaser requested for return of the money which was duly returned by the Bank, thus, the said notice stands exhausted without any consequences.

In view thereof, no further relief is sought for in the present petition.
