(a) call for the record of the lower court and after perusal of the same, may kindly set aside the order dated 25.02.2020 passed by ld Principal Judge, Family Courts, Central District, Tishazari MT. no.118 of 2019; (b) pass such other and further order or directions as this Hon'ble Court may be deem fit and proper in facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.
