1. The appellant no. 2 who appears in person and also represents the interest of the appellant no. 1 submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement on 27.08.2024. Learned Counsel for the respondent endorses this stand taken by the appellants and submits that a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.08.2024 has been placed on record. Both parties, therefore, pray that the appeal be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement.
