This application has been filed for modification or conditions in the bail order dated 15th January, 2024, passed by this court. 2.

The Court had directed the same conditions to apply as in the previous order dated 25th July, 2023, which included a condition of petitioner not leaving NCR without the permission of the Court. 3.

It is stated that the petitioner is residing at D-54, Sector-47, Noida, 203012, as stated in the affidavit filed before this Court, as well as confirmed by Mr. Siddharth Narang, Advocate who appears for applicant. 4.
