Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main accused in the same FIR has been granted bail by the Trial Court on 3.7.2019 and he intends to move an application for grant of bail before the Trial Court.

In view of the above submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with liberty to file a bail application before the Trial Court. 3.
Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed. It is clarified that this Court
has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the bail application.
