The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking implementation/execution of the order dated 13.07.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Seelampur, Delhi ('SDM'). 2.

It is not disputed that no action was taken by any of the authorities pursuant to the order dated 13.02.2017 passed by the SDM.

The status report has been filed by the office of the SDM indicating that illegal construction was found outside the petitioner's property which was directed to be removed. The Municipal Corporation of Delhi ('MCD') and Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board ('DUSIB') are washing their hands from the responsibility to execute the orders passed by the SDM. In such circumstances, police is directed to take steps for removal of illegal construction.

The learned counsel for the respondent no. 5 states that the order passed by the SDM is not in accordance with law. Concededly, the order has not been challenged by the respondent no.5. He is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
