This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 24.06.2019. The said order reads as under:- "1. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
2. Leave, as prayed, is granted.
3. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner/applicant claims that there is an error in recording the order. According to him, the petition was dismissed as withdrawn after Mr Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent had submitted that there is a Defense Estate Officer. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the said order ought to have read as under:- "1.
Mr Jasmeet Singh, learned counsel for the respondent states that there is a Defense Estate Officer. In view of the above, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

Leave, as prayed, is granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn."

In view of the consensus between the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the said order 24.06.2019 is rectified to read as above. 5.
