% 16.01.2025 Learned counsel for the appellant on instructions submits that the appellant does not wish to pursue the present appeal and seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the amount so deposited by the appellant was withdrawn by the respondent/bank against furnishing the bank guarantee.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that since now the appellant has stated that he does not want to pursue the appeal, the bank guarantee furnished by the bank may be released by the Registry of this Court.

In view of the submissions made above, the bank guarantee furnished by the bank/respondent valid up to 31.07.2026 be released to the bank/respondent as per the rules.
