% 18.04.2018 Mr. Tomar, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since Khasra number with respect to the land of the petitioners, i.e., Khasra nos.1096 min (10), 1097/2 (0-3), 1098 (3-17), 1099(3-15), 1180/2(1-4), 1105/2(3-12), 1108 min (2-1), 1110/4(3-3), 1105/1 min(1-0), 1117(4-16), 1159 min(1-2), 1160 min (01), 1166 min(1-4), 1169/2(0-2), 1169/4(0-1) 1256 min(0-12), measuring 4800 sq. yds, situated in the revenue estate of village Rangpuri @ Malikpurkohi, Tehsil Vasant Vihar, Distt. New Delhi, having not been shown in the fresh notification under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. He has instructions not to press the present writ petition and CM.APPL 3610/2016.
